What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?
Most decor items ship within 2-3 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7-14 business days for specialized freight delivery to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, CraveHome ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to international design lovers soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all CraveHome furniture carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
